1. Corrugated Box Packaging Machine consists of Feeding Unit, Printing Unit, Slotting Unit & Die-cutting Unit, is also named as Flexo Printer Slotter Die-cutter, this is one of the machine that used for making Corrugated Boxes, such as Cartons, Boxes, Trays, Displays and etc… and it can finish multi-processes, like Feeding, Printing, Slotting, Die-cutting, (Vibrating), Stacking or (Counting Stacking).
2. SP-Q2 Series Printer Slotter Machine is an Automatic High Speed Computerized & Motorized with Manual Control Machine (Only Gap Manual), same like SP-Q3 model, it also with a computer on Slotting Unit, which can use for Storage Orders, the only Difference between Q3 and Q2 is Q3 model with Vacuum Transfer on Printing Unit, while Q2 is Roller Guiding Transfer. the features of this machine are High Speed, Lower Investment, Easy to Operate and Maintain. And this machine consists a Lead Edge Feeder, Roll to Roll Transfer Printer, Slotter, Die-cutter, (Vibrater) and Stacker or (Counter Stacker).

THE MAIN FEATURES:

1. Each unit adopts PLC to control separately, and carries on the communication interconnection, the color touch screen; Various control functions, parameter setting numerical display, simple, easy to control.
2. The whole machine is driven uniformly, each section gear is connected with synchronous transmission, pneumatic interlocking, motorized Unit open and close, and combined with safety protection device.
3. All main TRANSMISSION GEARS are made of imported alloy, carburized and quenched, precision grinding, and durable.
4. Printing Unit adopts Vacuum Transfer for Cardboard transmit, to make sure the bend/wrap cardboard can be transmitted smoothly.
5. The designing speed of the machine is 250SHEETS/MIN, and the running speed will be 120-220SHEETS/MIN (according to the Size, Quality of Cardboard, and Order Sophisticated and Weather Conditions and etc…).
6. All the core components are using of global well-known brands, stable and durable

All the ELECTRIC COMPONENTS are adopt the international first-class brand, stable and durable, the main control electric box is equipped with INDUSTRIAL CONSTANT-TEMPERATURE AIR-CONDITIONER, each unit electric box equipped with a dust-proof and heat-dissipating device, to ensure the operation performance is stable and reliable.
8. Oil pump spray system and oil balance system are used for gear lubrication.
9. Can match with PRE-FEEDER and INLINE FOLDER GLUER, which can improve automation and save labor and labor intensity.
