Feeding Unit

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

1. Operation can be controlled by both main computer and each unit touch screen.
2. Linear guideway lateral moving device combined with lead screw for smooth move and universal cross joint.
3. Pre-creaser, Creaser, Re-creaser, Slotting holder computerized control with balance system.
4. Box height computerized control or by order management system.
5. Middle knife is movable for more large boxes.

DIE CUTTER SECTION

1. Operation can be controlled by both main computer and each unit touch screen.
2. Up Cylinder, clean up scraps thoroughly, motorized die-cutting pressure control.
3. Policat quick change anvil with grinding system, precision settable speed difference compensation to increase die-cutting accuracy.
4. With scraps remove belt for easy cleaning.
5. Die-cutting Register servo control.
6. Auto zero- set for die cutting position.
7. Servo Control Die-cutter Optional.
