GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. TP-CR Series Flexo Printer Slotter Die-cutter Inline Folder Gluer provides a complete solution of carton box making, this machine can finish cardboard feeding, printing, cutting, gluing, folding, counting, ejecting and strapping in one pass, the whole machine only needs 3-4 staffs for operating, greatly improve the daily production capacity and save labor cost.
2. The whole line adopts latest industrial design, and is controlled by an independent industrial computer, windows base with keyboard, with friendly HMI touch screen for operation, easy to set up and fast order change, ready to connect with ERP for more easy management of factory production.

PURPOSE OF THIS FLEXO FOLDER GLUER

1. The main purpose of this flexo folder gluer (casemaker) is used to produce the regular slotted carton (RSC’s) from corrugated cardboard in a single pass with high speed and advantages.
2. Saving labor cost, saving machine adjusting time and improve the production capacity.

MAIN PARAMETERS

Simply description of FLEXO FOLDER GLUER

1. Feeding Unit: which stacks and squares the incoming board before introducing it into the machine at the required speed
2. Flexographic Printing Units: multi-colors, one for each color required, cardboard transmit by a vacuum transfer device, more benefits for bend, wrap and thin cardboards.
3. Slotting Units: combined the function of crease and slotting together, which used to make cardboard into a fixed shape, two slotting unit structure can be choose, 8 axis structure with Pre-creasing, widen creasing, thin creasing, single shaft dual slotter knifes or dual shaft slotter knifes as optional.
4. Die-cutting Unit: Heavy duty die-cutter is an optional units, which used to make any complex shape of carton, when make die-cutting boxes, a special horizontal conveyor might be required as an optional to delivery the die-cutting boxes out independently via stacker.
5. Folder-gluer section: with USA Valco gluing system to apply adhesive to the glue tab, and fold part of the board along a crease line to meet it, the excellent folding device was control by 4 independent motors.
6. Counter-ejector: Top loading structure with full servo control, to stack the cartons in the required quantities according to the thickness of the material. The counter ejector delivers a bundle of completed cases ready to be strapped and palletized manually or with an automatic palletizer.
7. Automatic PP/PE Strapping unit: an optional of automatic PP/PE strapping units, which allows to wrapping a bundle of cartons and can directly send it to truck after strapping.
