All the Materials with Supper Quality, like the Thickness of FRAME is 60mm, and TRANSMISSION GEARS are made of Imported alloy, carburized and quenched, Precision Grinding, with Automatic Oil Balance Lubrication System to ensure all the Gears to be well-protected, All the main Bearings are use International First-class Brands like NSK, NTN and etc.…
3. The ELECTRIC PARTS are adopting the International First-class Brand from Germany & Taiwan, more stable and durable, and electric box of Each Unit is equipped with a dust-proof and heat-dissipating device, to ensure a good working condition. INDUSTRIAL CONSISTENT AIR-CONDITIONER is Optional for Main Electric Box.
4. The whole machine is driven uniformly, each section gear is connected with synchronous transmission, pneumatic interlocking, motorized Unit open and close, and combined with safety protection device

HIGH EFFICIENCY

1. The Design Speed of This Machine is 300sheets/min, and Normal Working Speed can be from 120-250 sheets/min depends on Size and Printing Contents.
2. The Slotting Unit equipped with ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, which can use for Storage Orders, and when produce same order next time, just select-out the saved orders, can saving adjusting time and increase the work efficiency.
3. Order Changing Time 5-10 mines depends on whether you need to change Ink and Thickness of cardboard or not.

SERVO CONTROL

1. According to Customer’s requirements, Servo Control for Line Speed Compensation is available as Optional.
2. More accurate for Die-cutting Boxes.
