SUMMARY OF MACHINE

AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel.
It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.

This machine can finish the process of Feeding, Gluing, Folding, Counting and Ejecting, and can set the quantities of Ejecting like 10pcs, 20pcs or similar quantities.

• Feeding part:

Belt type lead edge with vacuum suction feeding system is more better to feed bend board
Good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation.
Scorer wheel is adjustable, it suit to cardboard thickness 2-8mm
It can do second scorer, so correct bad creased board.

• Apply gluing and folding part:

Simple structure, glue amount can be adjustable, easy clean
It adopts stainless steel gluing wheel, gluing even, no fault save glue amount.
Automatically gluing, recycle glue, never stop, don’t need add glue by hand, save time and power.
Imported wearable rubber belt convey board, automatically folding.
Equipped with board correction and scorer correction device.

• Packing and output part:

Stacking and counting are simple and reliable
Digital control, easy operation and reliable. Non-stop enter data, automatically counting and output accurately.
With correction function, correct deviation
Counting and output by pneumatic control, fast and accurately

The whole machine features:

AFG fully automatic gluing and folding machine and it consist of vacuum adsorption feeding part, gluing and folding part and stacking and counterpart.
